ASME Bladder Tanks, Storage Tanks & Pressure Vessels

ASME Bladder and Diaphragm Hydro-Pneumatic Tanks

AAtanks ASME-code bladder and diaphragm style hydro-pneumatic tanks will be smaller in size than the plain steel hydropneumatic tank design and thus require less floor space. AAtanks designs utilize a heavy-duty butyl rubber barrier between the air and water which prevents water logging. The pre-charged hydro-pneumatic tank is virtually maintenance free.

FXA Hydro-Pneumatic Tanks:

FXA Tanks are ASME-code replaceable bladder type pre-charged hydro-pneumatic tanks. They are designed to accept water between two set pressures usually controlled by a pump switch in pressure booster, water well, shock and surge, as well as other commercial and industrial systems where water is to be stored in a corrosion protected reservoir. The water is contained in a in a butyl bladder. Standard sizes from 10 to 3963 gallons. Standard design working pressure is 125 PSI.

FXT Hydro-Pneumatic Tanks:

FXT Tanks are ASME-code diaphragm type pre-charged hydro-pneumatic tanks. They are designed to allow the tanks air cushion to be separated from the systems water and to deliver water under pressure between pump cycles to provide sufficient flow to meet demands. The water is contained in a in a butyl diaphragm. Standard sizes from 8 to 210 gallons. Standard design working pressure 200 PSI.
